Founded in 1941, the Inland Empire Community Foundation is the oldest and largest community foundation serving the Inland region. Arts Connection is dedicated to stimulating creative and economic vitality and enriching lives throughout the communities they serve by providing support, promotion, education, and advocacy for the arts. Arts Connection envisions a county that invests in each of their creative communities.
