Across Riverside County, the arts tell our stories, reflect our cultures, and bring life to public spaces, neighborhoods, schools, downtowns, and community gathering places. Yet many working artists are facing rising costs, limited access to affordable creative space, and fewer resources to sustain their practice.
Riverside Arts Council’s work reaches beyond one neighborhood or one city. RAC supports artists, programs, exhibitions, workshops, public art, creative workforce pathways, and community-centered arts experiences throughout the region. At the same time, Downtown Riverside’s California State Arts & Culture District offers a powerful example of why artists must be supported, visible, and rooted as places grow.
